The cover has a new drawing of Sailorjupiter
The back cover has a new drawing of a small Sailorjupiter in front of a green crescent moon
There is a green removable ad wrapped around the book. It advertizes a contest to win the Kirari*Sailor Dream CD from the Live-Action Pretty Guardian Sailormoon Show.
Inside, is a set of 3 large stickers. The first sticker is of Sailormoon holding the Moon Wand. The second sticker is Chibi-usa dressed as a nurse with the text "How are you feeling today?" The third sticker is Usagi dressed as a nurse with the text "It's time to take your temperature!"
Next, is the inside title page for the volume. It is the color picture of Sailorjupiter from the cover, except without the background. At the top is a green strip, with the PGSM title, and "4" for the volume number.
A one page color picture of Sailorpluto. It's a full body picture of Pluto to the right of a close up of her face, with a purplish-red background.
A colored manga page. This is the first page of Act 17, which has been colored in. The text is red and blue.
A two page color title page for Act 17. On the right are Sailormoon, Sailorjupiter, and Sailor Venus. On the left are Sailormars, Sailormercury and Tuxedo Kamen (Mask) who is standing next to a black car.
A green color contents page for this volume with a small Sailorjupiter at the bottom.
The notes from Naoko have been replaced with chibi (small) versions of the senshi.
The volume has 5 Acts compared to the 4 Acts of the original version.
Pages of the manga have been re-drawn or touched up.
At the end of the volume is a two page black & white comic with a bunny.
