Artemis is a plushie (toy). He is also able to talk and walk through CGI. He guides Minako.
In Act 11, Artemis is heard talking to Minako at the hospital. His shadow can be seen behind the blinds in the window. In Act 12, Minako also talks to Artemis. At the end of the Act, when Sailor V reveals herself as the Princess, Artemis also appears. He informs the Senshi that Sailor V is in fact, Princess Sailor Venus.
