Award Specifications:
General: Sites are judged on an individual bases. The following is only a guideline, not a cut-off. However, all applicants should show that some effort was put into their sites. It doesn't matter how much HTML you know or whether you've seen the original version of the show. What's important is whether you have taken the time to create a site and you have done so to the best of your ability.
Incredible Site Award: Awarded to sites that show a great deal of effort and show that a significant amount of time was put into them. These sites should also be updated often enough that there are few problems, such as broken links or pictures. Something about the site should set it apart from other sites, whether it be the gallery, information, fan section, etc.
Cool Site Award: Awarded to sites that show effort and have attempted to create an interesting page. These sites are excellent sites, but still need improvement.
Elegant Site Award: Awarded to sites with elegant layouts. This means that layout is easy to use, pleasing to the eye, and functions on the majority of computers. These site should also contain some sort of content.
Villains' Award: Awarded to site that are dedicated to, or have a significant portion dedicated to, the villains. Should include information and pictures on the villains.
